KIDS CAMPS

 

The Museum hosts children ages 9-11 at two separate, one-day camps each summer. Children join in small group activities where they can discover history in an active, physical way.  Staff is carefully chosen to ensure that crafts, skills, demonstrations, and supervision will benefit the children.

 

Civil War Kids Camp

     Make your own drum

     Clay Cannons

 

Pioneer Kids Camp

July 14, 2015

 

Activities may include:

     Make-n-take Leather work

     Gold Panning

     Learning about Blacksmithing

     Making Old-Time instrument
