Red Elk Rock Shelter in Nez Perce County, Idaho is a prehistoric rock imagery site located on Corps managed land along the Snake River near Lewiston, Idaho.  The site was first documented by archaeologists in the 1980s, then heavily vandalized in 2010.  U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Archaeologist Leah Bonstead will give an approximately 30 minute presentation on the site history, the 2010 vandalism and court case, the subsequent cleanup, and results of recent reanalysis of artifacts from the site.
